International Roofing Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands (IRPRVI) was founded in 2011. In 2010, the founders Luis and Stacey Anaya decided to start their business vision in Puerto Rico, the Island of Enchantment. Luis had worked as a roofer for 25 years for other companies in Florida, but he decided with his wife to move to Puerto Rico with their four children and start a new life.
They founded International Roofing & Waterproofing Puerto Rico on January 31, 2011. The company has become a symbol of excellence on the Island. After eight years of service, the IRPVI expanded throughout the Caribbean, especially to the US Virgin Islands where it has a satellite office. That is why the name was modified to include Virgin Islands. IRPRVI offices are in the town of San Lorenzo, the Land of Legends, with a satellite office on the Island of Saint Croix, USVI.
The prestige of the service and the product offered by IRPRVI has won customers in multinationals such as Home Depot, Kmart, Jones Lang, Sears, Petsmart, and Site Centers, among many others. Thus, it also has roof waterproofing contracts in shopping malls such as Plaza Atlántico, Plaza Escorial, Santa Rosa, Los Colobos, Las Catalinas Mall, Plaza del Norte, among many others. IRPRVI specializes in commercial, residential roofs with durable waterproofing systems or roof replacement.
IRPRVI has approximately 50 well-trained installers with excellent quality and safety supervision. Luis Anaya, the founder, is one of the few who has a commercial license for roofs from the state of Florida, which offers his company the credentials that most commercial roofing companies in Puerto Rico do not have.
IRPRVI will provide its customers new roofs with guarantees for up to 20 years, both with the company and with the manufacturer. In eight years, over two million square feet of roofs have already been completed in the Caribbean by IRPRVI. With that experience, client satisfaction is guaranteed.
