TPO System

TPO roofing systems are the best on the market, offering flexibility, versatility and high performance. TPO is not a paint-based roof sealant, but is the strong and durable commercial membrane roofing system. It is the fastest growing roof waterproofing system and is at the forefront of roof engineering. It is designed for superior long-term performance and offers the added benefit of being eco- friendly as it uses no chemicals. Those who have used and installed it find that its advanced reflectivity fits perfectly with roofing solutions to maintain a cooler property, helping to keep your storage facilities, warehouses and work environments more attractive.

TPO membranes are a fusion of components such as polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber, which produce the strongest membrane on the market. They are available in white and gray, white being the most popular for its high reflectivity. TPO comes in a variety of thicknesses and price options, suitable to meet the needs of the customer’s budget. TPO offers a UV-resistant capacity, as it repels almost 87% of the sun’s rays, reducing cooling costs in air- conditioned installations. PVC Roofing Systems

Thermoplastic Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is a roofing membrane with incredible benefits. Customers who have installed it invariably find it to be a cost-effective long-term solution. From an environmental perspective, it’s hard to beat a living green roof solution. With its Energy Star rating and highly reflective and recyclable single-layer material, PVC is the obvious choice for green roofing systems. Plus, with great roof rebates and a LEED credit rating, the benefits keep adding up. From a durability perspective, oil, grease, and chemicals dislike PVC’s highly resistant surface, and it is incredibly easy to repair and maintain.

PVC is a solid choice for restaurants, airports, and commercial facilities with grease, oil, and chemical problems, and environments that experience dilute acid effluents. Reflective white PVC ceiling panels have a surface that provides a cooling effect that homeowners want to provide energy savings in warmer climates. It has been proven in the industry for over 20 years and now meets the most stringent codes in a wide variety of climates.

SEPDM System

Not only does it resist the deterioration of the passing of time, of hurricane-force winds, but it also has a guarantee of up to 30 years. EPDM has superior tensile strength and, when it comes time to replace it, offers a fully recyclable membrane. If it needs a repair it is quick and easy to replace.

EPDM is a synthetic rubber elastomer, manufactured for strength and flexibility. It also provides a waterproof surface that does not pollute the natural flow of rainwater, making it an eco- friendly roofing option and allowing you to collect rainwater for use.
